Is there an SFZ to Decent Sampler format converter?

Is there some kind of tool that will allow me to convert an SFZ sample into a Decent Sampler format instrument?

Yes, there is a command-line utility available here, although I'll admit it's pretty basic at this point.

This is now included in the decent sample gui, it has sfz and exs import and works rather well.
