Asking here because I got no response on the forum, where things move quickly sometimes and posts get lost! Also it'll be more readily found again by anyone else with the same query.

So anyway: Is there a way to bind controls to a filter (for example) within a secondary <effects> section within a <group> section? I got these group specific effects working (more or less) thanks so so much to dhilowitz, but I still can't work out the binding to control the effect parameters, if it's even currently possible.

Decent Sampler doesn't seem to count them in the effects index numbering and/or if you're referencing the group level then I think the 'position' would refer to the group rather than the effect within it.

My use case is that I want to have two separate sets of filters for the two voices in a sampled CS-80 I'm working on, and setting the filters at the group level seems the only way to achieve this. I suppose the other option would be if one day there was some kind of effect 'send' option for samples/groups, but you'd still have to be able to specify what effect/s and the send amount separate from the global effect wet level for each.
