Any way to use VelTrack or Midi CC to control the Attack/Start etc...?

Hi~

  I'm new to Decent Sampler, so maybe I just didn't found these functions. For example, in SFZ, I could use VelTrack or any MIDI CC to control the Attack Time or Sample's Start Point or many other things, could DS do these too?
