Not sure if best way to answer, I couldn't use the Answer button, cause I cannot login, cause I cannot register!? Register button gives me "Error: User registration is currently not allowed." :-(
Anywho, v1.7.8/9 Win7 problem is indeed fixed here too with dot10. \o/
