Errors in format documentation

Hi,

I am working on adding support for the Decent Sampler formats (dspreset and dslibrary) to my free multisample converter ConvertWithMoss and noticed some issues in the format documentation:

1. In the Controllable Parameters table the "type" column contains only "amp" but should be "effect" for the effects.
2. The example in Appendix C uses a mapping attribute "factor" which is not documented
3. Is it correct that the value range of filter attributes is different in the Controllable Parameters table then in the Filter Effect description?
