- Each Hit was recorded with 3 velocity layers, 5 round robins
- Mapped according to the General MIDI standard
- All samples: 24-bit / 48 kHz high-resolution recordings
- Choose between 4 different alternate bass drum sounds
- Choose between 11 different snare sounds
- Choose between 2 different closed hat sounds
- Choose between 2 different sounds for floor toms 1 and 2, as well as rack tom 2
- Route all drums to separate audio outputs so that they can be mixed within your DAW

As a guitarist I’m always on the lookout for great sounding drums to play along to and as a drummer I always look for genuine sounds from my virtual drums. Indie drums ticks both these boxes and is a real pleasure to use – simple, straight forward and very effective. In addition I have a large number of free Decent Sampler plugins that I get a great deal of use from – all without paying a cent! At $20 dollars not only is this excellent value for a great sounding drum instrument it’s also a great way to give something back. Massive thanks to all those involved.

Great use of decent sampler and @$20 very much worth the price. Nicely recorded kit with an indie feel but clean enough to use and abuse in other genres with processing. Decent sampler itself has separate outputs which would be useful for a drumkit if it worked in my DAW (Bitwig) and it has a problem with deactivating and reactivating because the samples in this pack are encrypted. Decentsampler also pauses for 30 seconds or so when you hit the browse plugin to select an instrument presumably because it’s connecting to the store – which I don’t want. So the platform is not perfect but I have less problems with Decentsampler than other sample players and it’s constantly being developed so the issues I mention might not be issues when you read this.

I will preface by saying, I’m not a drummer. But my best friend is. His biggest complaint in my mixes is my drum mix, whether it be the midi drum sets I use, or the way I mix them. So this lead me to search for a better kit and sample.
Watching your video on YouTube and being a Patreon member, I knew this was the kit for me.
A couple of songs later, sending them to my drummer friend garnered praise in the sound quality and drum tones in my mix.

The Interface is good and the Kick, Snare and Toms sound good but the Crash and Ride sound really bad and are unusable in my opinion. Not bad for the price

If you’re a bedroom artist and need something not completely overproduced sounding, these drums blend in great with those kind of mixes. The multi sampled snares also really make things sound realistic and natural . Love it, would buy again
